We know every project is unique. If your project involves a custom office desk, book shelf, or single cabinet, then by-the-piece pricing may be your best option. Projects of larger scale, such as an entire office or retail space, you would choose by-the-room.
Our commitment is designing, building, and delivering your vision for the perfect project. The Berham Designs team only uses the highest quality materials and hardware, thereby eliminating the “up-sell” and allowing us to focus on our unique and custom design solutions.
To calculate linear feet (lin.ft.) of your custom by-the-piece project, choose the greatest measurement between the width, height, or depth. The linear feet determined for your project is then multiplied by our fixed price for the by-the-piece furniture.

After the free Consultation, the Berham Designs team will finalize the concept and provide samples of ideas to the customer for final approval prior to engaging in the Rendering phase.
Installation of all Berham Designs’ custom furniture is included at no additional charge and is done professionally by our manufacturer.
By The Piece will be for simple, small projects. By The Room is mainly for larger projects over 100 square feet. By The Room can also be used for remodeling or starting from a blank slate.
Berham Designs has access to multiple products and materials such as plastic laminate, case goods, and wainscoting that fall outside of our exclusive wood and quartz line. These additional products can be quoted and priced separately.
Podio is a project management app that provides Berham Designs and its customers access to a real-time workspace allowing for constant communication, project file sharing, and scheduling of meetings. Podio is free for customers and can be accessed on multiple devices.
Podio offers visible access to project information without ever needing to “log-in”. After booking a consultation with Berham Designs, you will receive an e-mail that will provide links to all projects information, quotes, invoices, and files.
Typically, completion times depend on the scale of the project. However, the average Rendering process will take 4-8 business days and average Build times are estimated at 4-8 weeks.
