Your Consultation with the Berham Designs senior leadership team will usually be 1-2 hours in duration and is completely free of charge.

Our Rendering process will usually take 4-8 business days for completion. This service is based on a fixed pricing structure for single piece items and on a square footage basis for the entire room. No additional commitment to the final build phase is required.
Through our 3D CAD software and multiple angle visualization, customers will be able to validate the concept discussed with the Berham Designs Team.
Our concept drawings and renderings will include every critical specification necessary for the furniture to be manufactured.
Our company’s products are built using the highest quality wood and Caesarstone quartz materials. Berham Designs partners with reputable suppliers and manufacturers in the South Florida region ensuring a superior product and timely build-out schedules.
The standard build-out and installation will be 4-8 weeks in duration, depending on the magnitude and scope of the project. Our pricing structure includes all materials, manufacturing, and installation.
